Couldn't authorize in dashboard: "User name or password is invalid" #2

We installed all components from https://blog.zhaw.ch/icclab/category/research-approach/themes/rating-charging-billing/ and https://github.com/icclab/cyclops-support, but couldn't authorize in dashboard:  "User name or password is invalid".

In the log we saw "16-May-2022 14:42:56.993 WARNING [http-nio-8080-exec-1] org.restlet.ext.httpclient.internal.HttpMethodCall.sendRequest An error occurred during the communication with the remote HTTP server.        java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)" catalina.log

I've attached catalina.log for details.
