auto install dependencies #31

In effect this is something to consider:

do we want to distribute an application with everything installed already (a heavy executable indeed)
or do we want to distribute a smaller application that is capable to install its own dependencies once it is started for the first time? (like a mobile game)

following discussions today with @Itaborala , on the eve of the official release of version 2.0.0, we realized there is no concern about the size of the application (~100MB). Closing this issue now.
