Project rename? #13

Should the repository be renamed 'rsd' to match the URL?

(I don't know how difficult public repository renames actually are yet.)

GitHub makes it quite trivial @jessechen . It's as simple as going to repo settings and renaming it. GitHub also sets up all the necessary redirects from old name url to new one.
