Name space change #3

It has been suggested to give another name for ICDO since ICDO is confused with ICD-O, which is another project standing for International Classification of Diseases for Oncology (https://www.who.int/standards/classifications/other-classifications/international-classification-of-diseases-for-oncology).

A newly suggested name is: OICD - standing for "Ontology of ICD".
