add branding #12

Rename the app, add colourscheme, icon etc

I've added the name, not sure if it counts as branding but anyway

now has a colour scheme - right now it's green but should take very little work to change for reference this creates the colour scheme files: https://m3.material.io/theme-builder#/custom it means that hopefully I can have a few of these and use each one for a different scheme later still need to add logo (I have the SVG)

logo done but i still haven't added the splash screen seems surprisingly complicated and tutorials are confusing because its the only thing that hasn't changed in compose or maybe it has but its still using xml which i dont know anything aboug if I don't do this its probably fin to be honest

changed some text / logos that make it slightly more understandable to users also ignore the number of typos on the last comment

Edited + added Hana's welcome screen Splash screen's not going to happen most likely or it will but not in this repo
