If you "transpose" them to the original key (in just one step - not key "None" - but the current key), you will see changes in stems, beams, chords and other things.
Stems will not be exactly the same, but except for one think I am still working on, they should be in pretty good shape.
I am working on this problem in the 14th measure of the default score.
