Hardcoded file paths - Githubissues

Hello @lmhieu612 ,

I was debugging the Penguins code and I was wondering if we can replace these hardcoded files paths found in these files for example :

create_training_data_from_excels.py --> self.dir_png_predict('/nfs/bigbox/hieule/GAN/data/Penguins/Test/A')
predict.py--> opt.root = '/gpfs/projects/LynchGroup/Penguin_workstation/data/Penguins/' shape_dir = '/gpfs/projects/LynchGroup/Annotated_shapefiles/'

with something dynamic, let me know if that is possible in our case.

Yes, those should be user defined.
