The PR creates a module named iceberg_seals.search and provides all methods and function as part of the module. In addition it provides two binaries. An iceberg_seals.tilling that offer tilling as used in this use case and a iceberg_seals.predicting that offers the prediction. This allows users to just call the binaries to execute the necessary command.
As soon as, this PR is accepted a new will be opened to create a tag, release to master and also push a PyPi package.
