Center AO after dither #414

it would be cool if we could center the AO during dither settling.

we could accomplish this by initiating a bump immediately after the dither.

Another way to think about it would be that if the AO was offset from center by 
more than the dither amount, just implement the dither by recentering the AO.

Agreed. I had considered that the re-centering itself would constitute a 
dither.
