CSV export for manual merging of two similar keywords #3

We require an export/import functionality to/from CSV files If there exists two nodes that have potential to be merged, but which requires a manual review, then those are added to a table with the following layout. The reviewers can then decide if a merge is correct (= 1) and provide a correct name, otherwise (= 0) if no merge should happen. The network can then reimport the table and update itself.
