Problems with the character case in hotkey aliace #97

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Bind some hotkey aliace with uppercase character
2. Unbind current hotkey aliace
3. Bind new aliace with the same name.
4. Try call new bind.

Hotkey unbind not happens, when hotkey aliace have uppercase characters

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; ru; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 
Firefox/3.6.13 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0E)
