Copyright improvements

• update license text of GPL v2+ (e.g. the FSF address was an old one)
• in summaryview, use the copyright header used everywhere else
• detail all the contributors in sources with copyright header

I'm not sure it makes sense to list all contributors to a file in the copyright header, it clutters the code. The common sense is to just put people in their who contributed a significant amount of IP to that file. The other two commits look fine. What do you think?

I agree. E.g. the only commit I have in src/hostlistmodel.cc is adding #include , and I don't think I need a copyright notice in the header for that. The authorship is kept in the repository, and whoever adds code can add their copyright line, so it's not like we're preventing people from claiming it.
