Missing plugins icons #1021

Not a bug but missing files on https://icecoder.net/images/ that are used by the plugins modal screen. All plugin icons as https://icecoder.net/images/cssbeautify/icon.png are no longer there :(

@digitart thanks for raising this.

In the current v8.1 release (ie, downloaded from website) it's a problem (plus it's a problem on the website demo) but the issue is fixed in this repo already.

So if you clone from this repo the images should be there OK.
