Basic image manipulation

Create a plugin to allow simple image manipulation. Nothing too complex, just something to handle basic tasks.

Ideas include:

You can provide a URL or paste in an image from clipboard (to HTML canvas)
Resize by click-dragging or enter fixed PX values (incl switch to resize proportionally)
Brighten/darken
Blur/sharpen
Flip & rotate
Crop
Finally, you can then enter URL/filename and click save to save to URL

Some of this has been handled already by my other repos, just need to add features and tie into 1 great plugin.

Alternatively look at using other sites such as pixlr.com or photoraster.com

Started work on a web app - imgedit.io which handles much of this. To be finished and release the UI widget which can then be used in ICEcoder.

Given that image manipulation is part of most peoples dev needs, it's going to be a core part of ICEcoder rather than a plugin.

Given that we should now focus on stalibising ICEcoder for a v5 launch and this is a new feature, I'm going to push this back to v5.1.
