TTS/all chrome android audio focus #11

If a TTS audio clip is too long chrome on android will take the audio focus and therefore pause audio from all other apps. (E.g. music from Spotify.)

Fix is one of the two:

Option to skip all audio which would lead to chrome android taking audio focus (3 or 4 seconds iirc)
A way to not take the actual audio focus
