When we inject signal at source, the dec and ra is rotated to the true location. However, we didn't change the sindec which is problematic. It is not a huge effect since we are sampling within +- 3 degree but some events might fall to nearby sindec bin when getting the energy histogram. I will fix it with my new branch(haven't uploaded).
