Adds the general possibility to define any energy spectrum as long as it is a callable function with energy as parameter. The more specific implementation requires two arrays defining the energy and the flux at that energy. The spectrum in this specific case is a peaked spectrum and we fit/define the spectrum by the energy of the peak.
