Failing python 3.12 test #9

In PR #7 the python 3.12 import test fails with SystemError: type Boost.Python.enum has the Py_TPFLAGS_HAVE_GC flag but has no traverse function.

This seems to be originating in IceTray?

Seems this is no longer a problem after @ric-evans fixed something somewhere.
