I think we need to pause all AI advancements until you have time to play regularly, test it all out and such

Its also basically impossible to implement in a good way without using tons of math, which the PDX coding language doesn't handle that well.

But similar to buildings, devving better would also mean that players gets more value from the provinces that they annex.
