For Butua: Give them 1 more gold mine And half of Mutapa

Shun: Move fort to better terrain and revoke Oirat cores on them.

Give Ethiopia a starting goldmine

For Timmy: Remove Timmy cores and vassals. Maybe leave Timmy at about 200 dev or whatever. Make afghan a bit larger. Give hormuz the crossing and increase dev of island a bit, make them very trade focused.

Or make Timmy like 100 dev with 2 vassals (Sistan, Khorasan) They get perma claims on all from their missions regardless.

What ever changes are made it has to be able to compete with Ottomans and Russia, so pick what ever is most balanced
