They are taking some time to put this in Gnome Extensions. Really excited to see it there.

I'm not uploading this yet until there is a bit of features separation with dash2dock lite.

Currently, Anino Dock has:

  1. Left, Right, Bottom dock location
  2. Advance panel mode (combine toppanel with the panel mode dock) - Like Windows 11, but animated
  3. Dock limit size
  4. Dodge-only autohide
  5. Custom widget colors

Todo: (aside from the requested features)

  1. Multi-dock (multi-monitor)
  2. Custom dock background, blurred backgrounds
  3. Show Running Apps only
  4. Improve animations (still shaky)

I understand, so I just manually installed it.

@icedman I don't have a feature request. I just want to say how awesome you are. That's it. You are awesome!

Dash2Dock was bugging today, freezing GNOME's Overview completely. I decided to look in journalctl and found that the error was that Dash2Dock was "running a callback during garbage collection".

So I decided to look at the progress of your new, more advanced dock project. It was incredibly impressive at first sight. The auto-hide works well, the running indicators now move with the icons when animated, etc, it's really polished already!

I'm switching to this project and +1 starred you! Thank you for creating Anino Dock!

Edit: Btw, I'd suggest that you make rounded corners the default on this dock. It starts out default with square, sharp corners and I thought the extension had bugged and was rendering incorrectly.

Great extension, thank you @icedman. When the Multi-dock (multi-monitor) feature will be implemented?
