Gnome Shell 45 support #9

New Gnome Shell 45 changed rules of the Game. There are a lot of changes should to be done to support it. See details

I've tried to make the minimal changes in my own fork It basically works, but I don't know the proper way to backport it - my new code do not work with previews versions of gnome shell only with 45'th one.

I've ported dash2dock-lite. Please use that for now.

@icedman I find anino-dock have smoother animation. I wish you would continue maintaining this repo if you have time.

Oh no, this man does great work and makes the best gnome dock. We do not need him to get over worked as he does this freely for us.
