Unable to open software from the Dock after booting

OS：Ubuntu 22.04.5LTS GNOME：42.9

Sometimes after I turn on the OS, I can't open the software directly from the Dock bar. Clicking the icons in the Dock bar has no response (except the home folder and show applications in the Dock bar). I need to turn off and then turn on dash2dock-lite in the extensions before I can open the software normally from the Dock bar. In addition to this method, when I lock the screen and then unlock it, and then I can open the software normally from the Dock bar.

Could you post the logs (instruction at the README file). I no longer have any Gnome 42 installation. But I still be able to fix the error from seeing your logs.

i run this terminal journalctl /usr/bin/gnome-shell -f -o catwhen i just opening the os , and it show this:

By the way, Mkos-Big-Sur is the macOS theme folder I set up in Tweaks
