Messaging Section in Application Home

I have stubbed out the messaging section. It should retrieve a complete history of messages between students and staff ordered by date descending.

Attributes of the message are:

• id: number
• status: enum (Draft, Read, Unread)
• studentId: number
• applicationId?: number
• changeRequestId?: number
• sentDate: Date
• readDate?: Date
• sentBy: string - name of person so we don't have to look it up each time
• readyBy: string - student or staff person's name
• title: string
• text: string
• attachments: some sort of links to the uploaded or system generated files

This list may not be exhaustive, I just wanted to get it out of my brain and down somewhere
