Context

Using the existing Travel Desk forms (https://github.com/ytgov/travel-authorization/tree/main/web/src/modules/travelDesk) rewire the travel desk request to exist in the travel desk tab of the travel auth.

Travel Desk forms should be created anytime a user is traveling by air.

• [x] Edit version of travel desk travel request and dependent models - (travel desk travel request -> "draft" state). See https://github.com/ytgov/travel-authorization/pull/86

• [ ] "options_provided" state - Mostly read-only version, with extra "edit" components to support ranking available options
• [ ] "options_ranked" state - Read-only version of "options_provided" state.
• [ ] "booked" state - Maybe just the original read-only version with a v-chip denoting state showing "booked"?
