Populate emulator keys from `hf mf fchk` #236

Just like hf mf chk, when the 't' option is provided make fchk put the found keys into emulator memory.

The appveyor failure is that make can't be found, so it looks like not a problem with the patch.

there was a reason for the code to be commented out... I don't remember it anymore.

I was curious about that too, but the git history shows that it has been commented out since the initial fchk implementation.
