Standalone Mode for NedapXS: reading, cloning, simulating Based on SamyRun Standalone mode, with only the changes I had to do to make it work.

Note that to activate this standalone mode you still have to change the armsrc/Makefile file. I prepared it but I left Samyrun as the default mode.

Head over to RRG/Iceman repo instead and try out the new encoding / decoding of NEDAP. I think you like it.

And take your ideas from this PR into RRG/Iceman repo and make a new PR based on that code.
