Fix 14443 typos #288

Replaces several instances of 1443 with 14443 that have been causing issues with the Lua libraries. Updates public method/alias targets to renamed local methods for backwards compatibility.

Moves read alias from _hfreader (override) to read14b library to fix compatibility with _hfreader.

Interesting, I do suggest you have a look at RRG repo , https://github.com/RfidResearchGroup/proxmark3 it has the latest fixes.
