Additional CharlieCard Key #299

Found another CharlieCard key, so I figured I'd contribute. I know this repo is deprecated and shouldn't be contributed to, but this is the largest, most helpful key list I've found, and wanted to give back a bit. If there's another list somewhere (I didn't see this particular list in the RRG repo), I'd be happy to move this over there.

Found using the mf hardnested attack.
