Add Mifare Classic EV1 set load modulation command #89

Seems like I don't actually have an EV1 card after all (I forgot that UID personalisation existed in the original Mifare Classic), so I haven't tested that this works.

Nice addition, I was thinking it could have been implemented with '14a raw' commands, but it fails because of the mifare authentication needed. I almost had forgotten that

Funny that those two is the same as the backdoor commands. Luckily they need an auth first. I also did forget about UID personalisation. To facilitate NUID, I've added some functionality. Question is, how to identify a Mifare Classic Ev1 properly in hf 14a reader so we can map this mod_type in block0, pos 11, also.
