I have a small feature suggestion here If you allow me.
I suggest you add/enable/expose isDense property to your widget,
same as the one we have on DropdownButton widget, it will help make the widget look more compact.
we also want to be able to remove/control the padding around each DropdownMenuItem, so that they become close to each other, there is a huge un-wanted padding between them, we dont like in our case.
