Pluging not working on release #72

Hello!

When I run my app on emulator or real device throught "run-> start debugging" of VSCode everything is alright but i builded a release apk and searchable_dropdown is not working on my phone.

The rest of my plugins are working as expected, only this one is failing.

Any ideas?

I experienced the same issue

Can you please try with the search_choices plugin to know whether there is a difference between the 2 plugins on this point? So far, I never had issues with running in release mode on web, android, ios and linux.
