Egypt They have rough fully half of their historical pop at 1900, even with a player on them choosing pop growth tech. Egypt proper has around 1 million pops, I forget if pops are 5x or 4x for actual population but historically they had 10 million and sudan had 5 million -sudan cores

levant -Arabs start with generic 10% literacy when it should be 1-3% -give egypt a decision to remove its cores on the levant when not controlling, set AI to always pick this decision -turn southern iraq into a colony instead of state for turks

change germany's LF to 40, then reduce it to 34 after 1900 move up all pop growth tech to 1850 and add -.05% growth tech to the gas attack tree change africa and asia's LF to 40 after 1900 give fascist and communist governments +.04 pop growth and militancy for non-accepted (after 1900)
