[x] Create templated site from theme Scott found
[x] Transfer Scotts amendments across to that
[x] Transfer existing icenet-ai.github.io content to structure
[x] Update with content to replace placeholder segments
[x] Test under jimcircadian
[x] Refactor template to eliminate inconsistencies
[x] Transfer to icenet-ai and publish
[x] Remove jimcircadian/icenet-web and let Scott know to do his

Quite a few issues with using this template but they should be solvable with some work. The content is fully migrated, so just need to rework it to the content and go from there...

@scotthosking @aldenc we now have the updated theme deployed from main for icenet.ai. Please make any updates you deem necessary for the site in a feature branch and set up for review, a lot of content can be changed from _data/sitetext.yml.

Scott you might want to archive your version of the site, I've done the same with mine. All development will take place against this repository from now on...
