Hover tool for images and colour bar #8

Would be great to be able to inspect the raw values in the bokeh image plots, especially when zooming in to localised areas like the Coronation Gulf. The HoverTool might be what you need.

For static screenshot of the interactive plots it would also be useful to have a colour bar.

Hover tool is turned off as it was annoying, but I'll stick it back in based on this request. Colour bars are a good shout
