Time precision issue #5

I submit same source code ( attaced C++ file ) and expect the two 
submission show same execution time, but in submission report page  shows 
different execution time for these submission.

Please check the FPS and source code.

because the system status can not be exactly the same when running different 
solutions ,no 
matter if there code is same, this can not be solved by now.

for example ,disk cache can't be same,so disk i/o time can be different,the 
later submitting 
can benefit from preloaded file in disk i/o cache, a few ms can be saved.

memory align, page swapping ,CPU level 1 and 2 caching, these are all various 
between 
runnings.
