We currently have "A modular RPC framework built for QUIC" and "Slice - a better IDL" in the getting started section of the documentation. These more technical feature descriptions are good to have in the docs but not in the getting started section. Getting started is all about helping users get IceRPC in their project and running clients and servers as quickly as possible while conveying the simplicity of IceRPC.
Let's move "A modular RPC framework built for QUIC" to the "IceRPC" section either as its top-level file or work it into the overview page for "IceRPC."
Similarly, we should do the same for "Slice - a better IDL" in the "Slice" section.
This is the final big change I want to make in service of #243
