For the cetaceans dataset, we need a code type with codes: Dedicated Opportunistic

Dedicated Dedicated A survey event on a platform dedicated to a planned cetacean survey (e.g. SCANS) Opportunistic Opportunistic A survey event that takes opportunity of a survey/platform with other objectives (e.g. ferry survey; survey where the survey track is defined for a different purpose other than survey).
