Emodnet Human Activities does have a map showing wind farms in all European ICES countries that looks complete.

DIG recommends that WGINOSE reviews if the information on EMODNET human activity portal (https://www.emodnet-humanactivities.eu/view-data.php) is complete and up-to-date for the North Sea area, and reports back to DIG
