DATRAS: New variable Conservation Status

WGBEAM requires to record conservation status of species: fresh, frozen, cooked... In the context of this recommendation WGBIOP understands ‘conservation status’ to mean the way the fish specimen is pre-served. WGBIOP would suggest that rather than having a separate conservation status this would be merged with METFP, where the suggested states could be added. I have been asked to check with RMG the option of adding the requested vocabulary in METFP (chemical preservation methods) risking the inconsistency of adding physical preservation methods (e.g. freezing, cooking) to a vocabulary for chemical preservation methods.

WGDG requests RMG to modify description of METST to include the concept "conservation", Values are close to: froze, refrigerated, fresh, boiled+formalin, room temperature.

@odontaster suggests for RMG review:

• Use both METFP and METST to describe the conservation status
• Add Boiled to METST

Alternatively WGDG could consider to use only METST (adding the reference to conservation and the code for boiled) and not have the option to add fixation or preservation methods (only formalin is affected)

I would also suggest to improve the description of StateOfProcessing to reflect it refers to an onboard fish processing factory or something of the kind, so it is more understandable in context.

@odontaster and @pcrjoana to suggest WGBIOP (cc interested groups - Smartdots, stomach, DATRAS) to re-use the PreparationMethod, to improve its description and add new relevant codes. Improve description of the StateOfProcessing, look for the external ref.list (CWP?)

note: conservation should be preservation
