Update this entry to include removal of data?

Likelihood: Unlikely that data collection will stop completely, this is also mitigated through several ICES memberstates collecting data under the EU data collection framework or have separate MOU's with ICES to allign and continue coordinated data collection Impact: The lack of data being collected will in many cases mean a degradation of ICES Advice and could lead to ICES not being able to give out an adivce at all. Also lack of data collection is not possible to redo.
