Intercatch: New code requests for IC_Intercatch #550

A submitter for the WKSEABASS data call, requested a code for Pair Bottom Trawl (PTM) to be added to IC_fleetname. The data call requests data to be submitted using metier level 4, and that code exists in metier level 4.

Since there are already quite a lot of Level 4 codes in IC_Fleetname (which has itself many different aggregation levels) and the deadline of the data call is on the 21st of November, I think I can create the code now, but I am reporting it in the ticket.

The same user requested two more codes, for the same data call, which exist in metier level 4.

LHP - Hand and Pole lines (hand-operated) HMD - Mechanised/Suction dredge

In the same logic as above, I created the codes in Intercatch_Fleetname

LLD- Drifting Longlines FPN-Stationary uncovered pound nets GND-Driftnet FYK-Fyke nets SB-Beach seine

None of those was in IC_fleetname so they were created.

So, in the end, the user requested all the metiers needed for the WGBSEABASS datacall, so I created all of the following metiers in Intercatch
