ENV2024 Litter-related vocabs PARAM and LITIDtype

WGML-23 requested PARAMs for the new LT formats.

They include:

• [x] Total count - we have ABUNDNR (PARGR B-COM)
• [x] Max length - we have LNMAX (PARGR B-COM)
• [x] Total mass -
• [x] Mean weight - we have WTMEA (PARGR B-COM)

• [x] Diameter

  • countnumber for a polymer ID - this is quite unclear, might be resolved within the format Polymer types and colors are meant to be reported in the field PARAM as well. I'm not sure if they should be added to the VOCAB, or it would be best to couple H04 and H05 to the reported field instead.

LITIDs are supposed to be split by types (new CodeType): GRP - group - litter group sharing same characteristics e.g. litter category, size class etc. SUBGRP - subgroup - subgroup identified within a group of litter items sharing same properties: material, length, etc. INDIV - individual piece/particle described with a row of characteristics and properties.

Agreed to add new params for all the above. New CodeType with generic name for grouping (GroupingLevel or GroupingType).
