In issue #559 it was agreed to create a new code type for 'Season' or specifically 'Hatch Season' to be used in RDBES when HatchSeason is estimated in BiologicalMeasurementType.
There is currently no code type for 'Season' in general, and from previous discussions with the core group, the accepted values for this field could be 'Spring', 'Autumn', 'Winter'. Although it was initially suggested to add the months '4', '9' or '12', it was suggested that season is more appropriate as the month is a proxy used in data reporting and does not reflect the actual Hatch Month.
