Drop down list of DevStage in egg and larvae module #354

The drop down list of DevStage has both egg and larvae stages as well as maturity stages. Could this be separated to only show the relevant stage depending on event type

When testing with egg event 519, the development stage only gives options for maturity. I don't see a development stage in larvae event, so I suppose this issue is only for egg events.

Currently the vocab of DevStage is here: https://vocab.ices.dk/?codetypeguid=d943050b-a4e3-4508-b0ca-10b298f308f5 How can it be filter? Is there a sub-vocab? I think this is possible in Reco but we have to investigate.
