As a Data owner/ Manager I want to be able to convey the primary biases in the data products that need to be taken into account to better interpret the product. Examples are the spatial and temporal distribution of survey effort, any biases introduced by the particular platforms, how availability bias and perception bias have been accounted for.

unavoidable conveyance of the primary biases - eg a popup? needs to be on any data product that can be interpreted and used to inform - including the map include link to the metadata #187
