JCDP data validation checks and process #309

Review the existing checks in the JCDP upload process (used in the upload spreadsheet template and the DATSU data checks). @MariaMakri - are you able to pull out the existing checks in DATSU and the template ?

Circulate a document outlining the existing checks to the WGJCDP members, to review and identify additional checks which should be incorporated. @NikiClear to draft this document based on the information Maria has pulled out above.

Review the data checking process: User feedback has noted that having different checks in the template and then in the upload (done through DATSU) has made the upload process challenging and could put off some data providers. See comments from MarineLife for example.

@MariaMakri to contact submitters for resubmissions @MariaMakri and @pcrjoana to finalize the document (1st December) completing all the checks @NikkiTaylorJNCC to review it before circulating it.
