Optional question: capturing the reason for downloading data

Discussed during the March 2024 WGJCDP annual meeting

To help the WG better understand how data downloaded from the JCDP are being used, we can add an optional question to the download webpage of the Data Portal to capture this information.

Important considerations:

• To be inline with ICES data policy, it must be clear this question is optional and does not impact on users ability to download public datasets.
• The question(s) should include dropdown options so they can be analysed and reported on easily
