Adapt real sample data examples #34

Provide BV and FM table from real samples. Provide as rds-files in subgroup repository.

Need: BVselectionMethod=SRSWOR, BVnumberTotal and BVnumberSampled. We will try to add inclusionProbabilites and selectionProbabilites using Davids script from WKRDB-EST 2019
