Plot method for multiple FLSAM objects #2

A plot for comparing more than one stock assessment, showing the three most 
common metrics (SSB, Fbar, Rec), together with uncertainties, on the same plot.

plot(sam1,sam2,sam3,se=TRUE,col=1:6)

Notes:
* se option controls the plotting of the confidence intervals
* colours should be specifiable
